- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products throughout the manufacturing floor
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery with attention to safety and precision
- Follow established safety standards in production, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials or equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations
- Support quality control by inspecting products for defects or irregularities during the production process
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and safely
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools and machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
