GATECK Logistics Solutions, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring full time drivers to deliver Amazon packages. GATECK Logistics is a veteran-owned business, operating in and around the Romeoville, IL area. We are looking to add reliable, hardworking, dedicated and professional individuals to our team.
WHY GATECK LOGISTICS? The GATECK difference:
GUARANTEE 10 HOURS A DAY-40 HRS PER WEEK! At GATECK, you will be paid for a full 10-hour day even if you complete your route beforehand. Our average delivery associate can complete their assigned route in 8 hours – earning 2 hours of bonus time paid. Our best delivery associates can complete their route in 6 hours – earning 4 hours of bonus time paid. 90% of the Delivery Service Partners pay straight time – hours paid for hours worked.
ATTENDANCE BONUS! From October 17 until the end of the year, you will receive a $120 per week bonus on top of your regular weekly salary. To be eligible for this bonus, you must complete 4 routes within a week. The attendance bonus is calculated into the per hour pay. Absence the attendance bonus, the starting hourly salary is $19.25.
WEEKLY PAY! At GATECK you will be paid weekly. You will receive your pay electronically every Friday. Additionally, GATECK has teamed with Payactiv, giving you access to your money in advance to regular payday.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Delivery Associates will work a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule. Hours are 10:30am-9pm. All new hires will be assigned to a weekend schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday
Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Basic Requirements:
Must be 21 years old with a valid drivers license (CDL is not required)
Must possess a clean motor vehicle report
Must be able to pass drug screening

General Responsibilities:
Load/unload shipments, packages, or materials
Scan packages for route using hand held technology
Inspect vehicle before & after shift for damages
Report vehicle or equipment malfunctions
Properly navigate route via GPS
Deliver packages within stipulated route times
Properly record details of deliveries
Deliver packages on time and according to customer requests, in all weather conditions
Interact with Amazon customers and the public, in a professional and positive manner
Follow safety procedures for vehicle operation (obey traffic laws and transportation procedures)
Maintain good working habits – report to work as scheduled and on time, adhere to work and safety procedures
