Gate Sentry is seeking a Client Implementation & Relationship Manager for a role that combines client onboarding, relationship management, and project management all while using technology for continuous process improvement. You’ll guide clients through our onboarding experience, establish project management techniques, provide post launch user support, and implement automation to improve all processes and help us scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Communication & Onboarding
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to transition clients from the sales process to fully onboarded.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all new and existing clients.
- Redesign and manage the full onboarding process, including documentation, workflows, and communications to all constituents.
- Continuous communication and training with client’s system administrator.
- Coordination of onboarding activities with any and all third party providers.
- Develop/implement automation using project management techniques to improve client onboarding processes, ensuring onboarding is efficient, professional, and scalable.
Excel Data Management for Client Onboarding
- As a critical part of this position, the right candidate will be well versed in managing large data sets to transform client datasets into clean, usable files using Excel, and AI tools.
- Manage all incoming client data by validating, formatting, and preparing files for onboarding, using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, and other advanced functions.
- Deliver accurate, ready-to-use datasets that support seamless account creation and a successful client onboarding experience.
HubSpot CRM Support
- Manage client support in HubSpot, using the ticketing system to track and resolve inquiries.
- Streamline workflows by leveraging HubSpot’s AI and automation features.
- Keep all client communications and support tickets organized and up to date.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Review and improve core operational processes from data cleanup to onboarding to support to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead process automation by researching and implementing tools that eliminate manual work.
- Ordering, shipping, and managing inventory of required onboarding hardware components.
- Manage other office operations to ensure streamlined office operation.
- Track and report results of process improvements, giving leadership a clear view of efficiency gains.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
● Strong client communication and onboarding experience
● Advanced Excel proficiency (must have); Excel certification preferred
● Tech-savvy with the ability to use AI and automation tools to improve workflows
● Experience using HubSpot for customer support and client communication preferred
● 3 to 4 years of work experience in relationship, project and data management
Compensation and Benefits
● Salaried with target compensation between $70k and $80K depending on experience.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
