As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing Players Club attendants, training, scheduling, inventory, promotions, Player Rewards, daily paperwork, and dispute resolution. What will you do?
- Maintain daily Lucky North Rewards procedures, including ID verification, application processing, record keeping, and system coding
- Communicate promotional details, point structures, and rewards program benefits to guests and team members
- Update guest account information and manage direct mail parameters without altering player ratings
- Recruit new club members while answering patron questions and resolving complaints with active listening techniques
- Execute promotional games, contests, drawings, and giveaways to support engagement initiatives
- Manage inventory of retail items and department supplies to support rewards operations
- Support team operations by assisting with hiring, answering policy questions, and guiding team members on procedures
More about you
- Must be 21 years of age
- Guest service and cash handling experience are required
- No degree required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and point-of-sale systems, are preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Supervisory experience
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of shift
