The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time dual-rate table Games Dealers/Floor Supervisors to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Table Games Dealer/Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
- Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
- Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
- Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
- Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to games rules
- Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests
More about you
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Minimum of six months of professional gaming dealing experience required
- Have a standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games
- Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift.
- Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
