Full Time Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs, banquets, or fine dining settings.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
• Assist with catering events or banquet services when required, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or banquet settings; fine dining experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is advantageous; retail math knowledge is a plus.
