Cold Food Preparer
Responsibilities and duties:
- Great opportunity to learn culinary. No prior experience required.
Job Summary:
- Our food preparers work in a Cold refrigerated environment creating food items for our airline customers according to their standards.
Job Duties:
- Review production sheets/iPad to confirm specifications, recipes, and diagrams.
- Retrieve necessary food products to prepare and plate.
- Build trays and fill carts.
- Move filled carts to staging area.
- Follows specifications to meet standards set by customer.
- Adheres to HACCP standards and all other Food Safety guidelines.
- Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times.
- Must be flexible to work in an environment that might include overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee.
