We are a busy Gastroenterology office with 33 Providers. We are looking for a team-oriented individual to provide great customer service to our patients! This individual should show great attention to detail and a passion for healthcare.
We are currently expanding our Practice by adding additional providers and several more procedure rooms! We are looking to bring on additional team members to help accommodate for the increased number of patients we will be seeing.
JOB TITLE: ENDOSCOPY NURSE
JOB DESCRIPTION: PRE/INTRA/POST PROCEDURE ROOM STAFF NURSE
JOB SUMMARY:
This professional provides planned and highly skilled nursing care for the pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure patients. Through continuous patient surveillance, allows for early recognition of medical or procedural complications which may arise in any patient.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assists physicians in providing planned and skilled nursing care in out-patient endoscopy setting.
- Provides pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure care to patients.
- Provides continuous patient surveillance to allow for early recognition of medical or procedural complications which may arise in any patient.
- Prepares the area for patients.
- Assures patient safety and maintains environment.
- Assures continuity of care.
- Performs other related duties.
WAGE: $30.00/hour - $38.00/hour depending on experience
