About Us: Medamorph is a Management Services Organization providing services to Gastroenterology of the Rockies, and its affiliates include joint-ventured endoscopy centers with Boulder Community Health and Intermountain Health.
Position Summary
The Strategic Healthcare Project Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and advancement of Medamorph/Gastroenterology of the Rockies. This position leads high-impact projects, including new site openings, operational improvement initiatives, and strategic organizational priorities. Acting as a connector between leadership, clinical teams, and support departments, the Project Manager ensures that initiatives are executed effectively, align with business objectives, and position the organization for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Site Development
· Lead planning and execution of new clinic and endoscopy center openings, including budgeting, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
· Oversee facilities build-outs, equipment installation, licensing, and vendor management.
· Partner with HR, IT, clinical, and administrative leaders to ensure operational readiness at launch.
· Ensure all new sites meet regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards.
Strategic Project Leadership
· Manage cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, patient experience, and organizational performance.
· Support technology rollouts and digital transformation projects, including EHR enhancements, patient engagement platforms, and telehealth expansion.
· Drive process improvement and workflow optimization projects across clinical and administrative teams.
· Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and impact.
· Establish and promote standardized project management practices across the organization.
Change Management & Communication
· Guide teams through organizational change, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
· Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
· Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges.
· Document outcomes and lessons learned to strengthen future initiatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Project Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
· 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within healthcare, multi-site practices, or healthcare operations.
· Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
· Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, facilities planning, and clinical operations preferred.
· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
· PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
· Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
