Duties
- Supervise and support front desk staff
- Maintain inventory and office supplies for front office operations
- Coordinate daily patient check-in and check-out processes
- Monitor patient wait times and workflow efficiency
- Verify insurance eligibility and ensure accurate patient information
- Handle patient concerns, complaints, and service recovery
- Train, coach, and evaluate front office employees
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Assist with billing coordination and prior authorizations as needed
- Prepare schedules, reports, and office performance metrics
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Coordinate communication between providers, staff, and patients
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or health care administration or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Experience in multi-provider or specialty practices
