Gastroenterology Associates is looking for a motivated individual with attention to detail who is getting started on the medical professional tract. We encourage both experienced applicants and those with no experience to apply. We offer on the job training for this position.
We are a busy gastroenterology practice in Loudoun County Virginia. We see a wide variety of patients with gastroenterology symptoms as well as cancer screening. This position is office based and does not involve procedures.
Essential Functions
- Patient communication and interaction
- Scheduling of appointments
- Patient follow-up and reminders
- Collection of payments
- Preparing deposits
- Handling of charts
- Scanning and Faxing
- Obtaining reports for other offices
- Office organization
- Keeping rooms clean and stocked
- Assisting the Medical Assistant
Qualifications
- Strong administrative support skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent patient service and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
Salary : $17 - $20
