A Typical Shift
You'll work onsite in Lynchburg on a consistent schedule of four weekday shifts (10 hours each). Your day follows a steady clinical rhythm-welcoming patients into recovery, coordinating closely with the procedural and provider teams, updating families as appropriate, and keeping the unit moving efficiently through planned cases. You'll balance focused bedside time with clear handoffs and timely charting, then finish the day ensuring patients leave with confidence and the next day's flow is set up for success.
