Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to connect with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers who may refer patients to our gastroenterology practice
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with physicians and their office staff to educate them about Gastro MD's services, physicians, and unique value proposition
- Identify and resolve any barriers to referrals through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Track referral patterns and develop strategies to increase referrals from existing and new sources
- Gather competitive intelligence about market trends and competing practices
- Represent Gastro MD at medical conferences, networking events, and community health fairs
- Collaborate with marketing team on physician-targeted communications and materials

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in healthcare, business, or marketing preferred
