About The Opportunity
Work alongside a collegial team on a balanced weekly schedule with no ER call.
- 3 Physicians supported by 2 APP’s
- Schedule: 2 office days and 3 endoscopy days
- Office hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Endoscopy hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Consults only – No ER Call
- Call rotation shared among physicians for evenings and weekends
- Modern ASC (Frederick Surgical Center)
- Advanced services: hemorrhoid banding, FibroScan, manometry, and capsule endoscopy
- EMR systems: eCW in the office, Epic at the hospital

- $400k - $450k base salary with additional RVU-based incentive structure
- Fellowship stipend available for Year 2 and Year 3 fellows with advanced commitment
