Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Recruiter at Gastro Center of Maryland. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additional duties include maintaining job postings, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The Recruiter will also build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure the organization meets its staffing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sourcing and recruiting, including creating job postings and leveraging job boards or recruitment platforms
- Proficiency in candidate screening and conducting interviews, as well as evaluating qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and professional networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and candidates
- Knowledge of human resources principles, recruitment best practices, and employment regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
