We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining pristine cottages overlooking the beautiful White River.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met
- Oversee the daily cleaning, inspection, and turnover of guest rooms and cottages
- Coordinate staff schedules, workflows, and task assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain great attention to detail while working efficiently
- Conduct regular room inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with property standards
- Work effectively alongside team members to complete daily cleaning assignments
- Maintain a flexible work schedule that includes days, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold a professional appearance and a positive, attitude
