Description
Fleet Services maintains county vehicles and small equipment by performing both routine and preventative maintenance on a scheduled service interval. In addition, computerized records are maintained for parts, labor, and fuel usage for the accurate tracking of cost analysis required for operations and equipment replacement.
Examples of Duties
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $18.56 - $22.04

- Performs all duties of vehicle/equipment services, and safety inspections.
- Inspects, replaces or repair tires, operate wheel balance equipment, and tire changer.
- Perform NC Inspections on all vehicles.
- Transport vehicles/equipment to and from outside vendors.
- Maintain accurate and organized notes and paperwork on all jobs.
- Shop Housekeeping
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to work a rotating on call schedule on Saturdays
