We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful execution of gas processing equipment aftermarket projects, including upgrades, retrofits, revamps, and lifecycle support solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in operating environments, working directly with customers to optimize performance, reliability, and longevity of installed equipment.
Your Impact
You will lead projects focused on existing gas processing equipment, delivering solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend asset life. From initial customer engagement through execution and commissioning, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring GasTech delivers practical, cost-effective, and executable aftermarket solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle execution of gas processing equipment aftermarket projects—including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with front-end and business development teams to develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals
- Manage projects involving equipment upgrades, debottlenecking, revamps, and modifications in operating facilities
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule expectations
- Oversee and approve engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, 3D layouts, vendor packages)
- Maintain strong customer engagement to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle
- Participate in HAZOPs, customer meetings, and project reviews
- Support troubleshooting, startup, commissioning, and field activities as needed
- Assist with or develop cost estimates and execution strategies for aftermarket opportunities
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar) or equivalent experience
- 12–15 years of experience managing projects related to gas processing equipment, process equipment, or similar systems
- Proven experience in aftermarket, brownfield, or operating facility environments
- Strong working knowledge of gas processing equipment (compression, separation, treating, dehydration, etc.)
- Experience working with engineering, fabrication, and field teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience in an ISO 9001 environment
- Background supporting equipment lifecycle services or aftermarket business models
