This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, efficient workflow, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike. Responsibilities will include team supervision, staff training, inventory management, financial performance monitoring, and achieving operational excellence. The role also involves collaborating with the General Manager to implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and meet business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Management and leadership skills, including team supervision and staff development
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations, with knowledge of food and beverage service
