Position Overview:
We are hiring a part-time marketing assistant to help execute and improve our digital marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills who enjoys working independently, problem-solving, and bringing creative ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and operate GoToWebinars: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot weekly webinars.
- Generate and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp and SENDY; pull analytics and reports as needed.
- Monitor and improve SEO and website analytics: Track traffic, engagement, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Advertise firm offerings, including professional workshops, books, and publications across relevant channels.
- Provide helpful suggestions and feedback for improving the firm’s digital presence and outreach strategies.
- Assist with marketing content creation and dissemination as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer usage, particularly webinar platforms and email marketing tools (GoToWebinar, Mailchimp, SENDY).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic SEO and website analytics.
- Self-motivated with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with legal, educational, or publishing fields is a plus, but not required.
Schedule:
- Saturday mornings from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM required, with flexibility for additional weekdays to be scheduled based on mutual availability.
