We are seeking a BILINGUAL SPANISH dynamic and highly organized Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our vibrant law firm. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing professional and courteous reception services.
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Organize and maintain legal documents using document management systems such as SAGA and Lexpro.
- Support attorneys with scheduling appointments, court deadlines, and project management tasks.
- Conduct document review and data entry to ensure accuracy in legal case management systems.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcription, and maintaining organized files.
- Coordinate client interviews and gather necessary information for case development.
- Provide administrative support for litigation processes and assist in managing legal case files efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant within a law office setting.
- Experience with legal case management software like Saga and/or Lexipro.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional proofreading, writing skills, and attention to detail for drafting legal documents accurately.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client service and professional communication standards.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in a busy law office is essential; paralegal experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Corel Wordperfect.
