Are you a master of checklists ✅, love a good before-and-after 🧼➡️🏠, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a hands-on, take-charge Assistant Property Manager to lead the make-ready turnover process and keep our properties looking sharp—inside and out! 🌟
In this role, you’ll be the go-to for getting apartments ready for move-in 🗝️, managing a small but mighty crew 👷♂️🧹🎨, and making sure our curb appeal and common areas wow everyone who walks by 🚶♀️🌻.
What You’ll Do:
🏁 Own the entire unit turnover process—from move-out to move-in
👥 Supervise your team (housekeeper, painter, porter, and make-ready tech)
🧽 Keep hallways, stairwells, and shared spaces sparkling
🌳 Maintain curb appeal and make first impressions count
📅 Coordinate vendors and make sure everything’s on track
What You Bring:
🧠 Organization, hustle, and attention to detail
💪 Leadership experience with a can-do attitude
🏢 Property management or facilities experience = bonus points
📱 A smartphone (you’ll need it for schedules, photos, and updates)
🚗 A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move!)
