What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Gas Station Mobile?
We are seeking a Cashier/Retail Sales Associate to provide prompt and friendly customer service at our gas station in Olympia WA. The shift that is available is Swing shift 2pm to 10pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Operate the POS (cash register) both efficiently and accurately.
- Upsell by suggesting additional items at the point of purchase.
- Operate the Lottery/Lotto terminal. Follow all payout procedures.
- Follow all State, Federal & Company Policies on selling tobacco and alcohol.
- Protect company assets at all times.
- Keep the store clean, organized and stocked.
- Must be able to lift to 20 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age to sell alcohol
- Ability to calculate sales and change quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.75 - $17.50 per hour
