Job Title: District Manager
Reports To: Carwash Director
Location: Requires travel to all sites in Chicagoland area. Please note, this is not a remote work opportunity. Expected to be at sites at least 5 days per week.

POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will possess ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have extensive experience building teams. Specific responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure the development of employees in the region
- Plan daily activities with a thoughtful plan to foster growth
- Monitor KPIs to set clear expectations on standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all locations
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate goals
- Collaborate effectively with executive leadership to achieve business goals
- Identify performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting talent accordingly
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior experience working in retail preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· At least ten (10) years professional work experience
· Proven experience as a Multi-site Manager or similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
