Job Description
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into business design documents and user stories for development and QA teams.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in technical design and testing.
- Partner with business stakeholders to review requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and organize training before release as needed.
- Contribute to defining the product roadmap and release plans in collaboration with other Business Analysts.
Skills Required
- 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, working with both business and IT development teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in managing application backlogs using tools like ADO, TFS, or Jira.
- Experience in Agile environments, including Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling models.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certifications such as PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP are a plus.
