Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI for a Client Relations Specialist. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for attaining new clients, maintaining and nurturing relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries or issues promptly. The role involves regular communication with new and current clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer support, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide exceptional Customer Support
- Experience in Client Relations and effective Communication with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other client management systems is an advantage
- Relevant work experience in customer service, sales support, or account management is preferred
- Travel is required - Travel involves attending trade shows and meeting with clients in other states
