We are looking for a Installer/Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in auto glass repair and glass installation, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical advice, and performing repairs on various equipment. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Repair and maintain equipment and systems.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Test systems for proper operation.
- Document work performed in accordance with established procedures.
