Gary Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram needs to hire an experienced Assistant Office Manager. The ideal candidate would be someone whose goal is to become the full-time office manager when our current manager retires and is able to step into this position with the knowledge of what needs to be done. Previous dealership experience and accounting skills are preferred.

Responsibilities - Assistant Office Manager:
- Accounts payable
- Title work
- General accounting duties
- Supervise accounting personnel, cashiers, receptionists
- Assist with hiring, payroll, etc.
- Assume a strong leadership role.
- Pay strong attention to details.
- Assist Office Manager, G.M. and Controller to ensure accuracy of all financial information.
- Work with all departments to analyze financial records to ensure product and income properly documented, all paperwork completed correctly
- Reconciliations of floorplan, factory receivables, reserves
- Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary
Requirements - Assistant Office Manager:
- Prior accounting experience is preferred
- Experienced in payroll, taxes and financial statements
- Reynolds and/or DealerTrack software experience is a MAJOR PLUS!
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
