Plenty of newer agents have the drive. What they lack is consistency: a predictable income while they build, a pipeline they didn't have to beg for, and experienced people nearby when a deal gets complicated.

The Gary Mercer Team at LPT Realty gives you all three. We close about 500 homes a year across Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and Philadelphia Counties. As a Zillow Preferred Partner with established referral partnerships, we generate more buyer demand than we can handle, and we need sharp agents to work it.

You'll also work directly alongside our CEO. That's not a figure of speech. You'll be in the room when deals get negotiated, when strategy gets set, and when problems get solved. Most junior agents learn from whoever has time for them. You'll learn from the person running one of the highest-volume teams in the Philadelphia suburbs.

You'll work from our West Chester office when you're not out at showings and appointments. Our best agents learn fastest by hearing how the people around them handle calls, negotiations, and problems.

What you'll do

• Respond quickly to inbound buyer leads from our referral partners. Speed matters here, and we'll show you why.
• Run buyer consultations and set clear expectations from the first conversation
• Show homes throughout our four-county market
• Write and negotiate offers, with senior agents available as a sounding board
• Guide clients through inspections, appraisal, and settlement alongside our transaction coordinators
• Keep your pipeline current in Follow Up Boss and follow up consistently with long-term leads
• Take part in team training, deal reviews, and pipeline meetings

What we're looking for

• A Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license is required
• Some real estate experience helps, but a strong work ethic and a coachable attitude matters more
• You respond fast, follow up relentlessly, and treat every lead like it's already a client
• You're comfortable negotiating and staying calm when a deal gets tense
• Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend showings
