About PACE
Philanthropists Gary and Mary West founded West Health with the mission of enabling seniors to successfully age in place with access to high-quality, affordable health and support services that preserve and protect their dignity, quality of life, and independence. The Gary and Mary West PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), affiliated with West Health (www.westhealth.org), is a non-profit that delivers medical, social, and behavioral services to the frail elderly to the North County of San Diego. This PACE center is entrepreneurial in nature and focuses on innovations and bringing new processes to the traditional PACE environment.

One Team One Mission
Position Summary:The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer skills to support a fast-paced office environment.
Essential Functions:- Greets participants, guests, vendors, and staff with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Answers inbound phone calls and route the calls promptly and efficiently.
- Routes incoming/outgoing mail.
- Coordinates vendor deliveries.
- Provides administrative support as assigned.
- Maintains and orders office supplies.
- Manages meeting room calendars.
- Assist with planning company events.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience answering a multi-line phone system.
- Friendly, courteous, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented a must.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate level experience utilizing MS Office products.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Medical Clearance:
Employees must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
Job offers are contingent upon a successful pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical assessment.
