Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is a key operational role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth execution of all on-site activities. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and execution skills to ensure efficient, safe, and standardized operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shelving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting.
- Manage team leads and frontline staff, arrange shifts, and optimize workforce efficiency.
- Implement and supervise SOPs to ensure standardized and compliant operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time performance, and drive improvements.
- Assist with hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper equipment usage.
- Coordinate across departments and support peak seasons or special projects.
Qualifications:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas warehouse or large-scale warehouse operations; cross-border e-commerce or 3PL experience preferred.
- Familiar with B2C fulfillment processes; experience with Amazon FBA is a plus.
- Strong execution, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (Chinese required).
