Garten Associates is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing architectural projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Familiar with all aspects of architectural design from concept through completion
- Extensive technical knowledge and familiarity with NYS codes and filing processes
- Ability to coordinate with and direct sub-consultants
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with county and state agencies required
- Willing to perform field measurements and prepare as-built drawings
- Strong understanding of zoning regulations and NYS residential codes
- Proficient in preparing and coordinating complete light commercial construction drawing sets in accordance with applicable codes
- Motivated to grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility over time
- Registered Architect (RA) license is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
