An established and highly respected media, events, and intelligence platform serving the securities enforcement and cybersecurity legal communities has retained Garrison to recruit a President to lead the company through its next phase of strategic growth.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior leader within the securities enforcement ecosystem to assume a highly visible executive role at the intersection of law, business, media, and industry influence.
The President will serve as the principal business and operational leader of the organization, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, sponsor and industry relationships, event programming, editorial direction, business operations, and expansion into adjacent markets and offerings.
The ideal candidate will bring:
• 15 years of experience within the securities enforcement, white collar, regulatory and/or investigations legal community
• Experience gained at an AmLaw 100 firm, the SEC, a consulting/advisory firm, or in-house legal department
• Significant credibility and visibility within the securities enforcement community
• Demonstrated business development and relationship management capabilities
• Executive presence, commercial instincts, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience leading teams, initiatives, practice groups, business units, or client-facing programs
• A strong understanding of emerging enforcement, compliance, and cybersecurity trends
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving revenue growth across sponsorships, events, advertising, and related products
• Managing and expanding relationships with leading law firms, corporations, consultants, and industry sponsors
• Leading conference agenda development and speaker recruitment for premier industry events
• Overseeing editorial and content strategy across digital and live platforms
• Identifying and executing growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and verticals
• Managing day-to-day business operations and a small internal team
This role is highly visible and externally facing. The President will play a central role in shaping the future direction and continued influence of an already prominent industry platform.
Location is flexible with travel required.
