About You

Maybe you like being active and would rather spend your day on the move than sitting behind a desk.
You’re dependable. You work well with a team. You take care of other people’s things like they’re your own. And you understand that being invited into someone’s home means treating that home—and that customer—with respect.
Delivery experience is great, but attitude, reliability and work ethic matter just as much to us.
What You'll Do
-Deliver more than furniture.
You’re often the final interaction our customers have with Garrison’s, and we want it to be a great one. You’ll deliver and set up furniture while providing friendly, professional service.
-Protect the product and the home.
Safely load, secure, transport, unload and assemble furniture while taking care to prevent damage to merchandise, customers’ homes and company equipment.
-Own your deliveries.
Review orders before leaving, verify merchandise, collect balances when necessary, complete required paperwork and photos, and immediately communicate any issues or damage.
-Take care of your truck.
Complete vehicle inspections and truck logs, report maintenance concerns, and keep your vehicle clean, organized and ready for the next day.
-Communicate.
Stay in contact with dispatch throughout the day and communicate clearly with customers and your teammates.
-Work safely.
Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times.
-Be a teammate.
When your route is finished or things slow down, you look for ways to help. Around here, “that’s not my job” isn’t really our thing.
