What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry-Level Recruiter position at Garrison Prime Inc.?
Garrison Prime is currently looking to hire a Full-Time Entry Level Recruiter. Complete hands-on training is provided. We are a sales firm in the heart of Fort Worth that works closely with our client AT&T in order to bring them quality sales for their fiber, streaming, and wireless products.
This is a majority remote role, however we are looking for candidates who are local to the area to bring their expertise and are able to commit to attending weekly to bi-weekly company meetings.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contact potential candidates via job boards and direct applicants.
- Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
- Qualify resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct phone screenings. This position involves making 80-100 calls daily to candidates.
- Conduct Human Resource duties such as onboarding, job offers, and collecting data to ensure a seamless interview process.
- Attend company office functions bi-weeky
- Light administration work
- Team development
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-5 years of customer-focused experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable having conversations via phone and in person
- Reliable transportation
- Positive personality
- Team oriented
- Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales, recruiting, or human resources
- Public speaking experience
- Competency with social media platforms
