In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to craft compelling content across digital channels and execute CRM marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesContent DevelopmentWrite and edit high-quality, engaging copy for web and CRM channels, including web, email, SMS, paid search, and paid social campaigns.Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into digital-first messaging that aligns with campaign, product, and channel goals.Collaborate on concepting and content planning for product launches, social campaigns, and lifecycle journeys.Research trends, identify opportunities, and implement content recommendations to enhance SEO performance.Partner with the e-commerce team to ensure SEO best practices are applied across web content.Recommend updates to website architecture, content, internal linking, and other elements to optimize SEO.Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.CRM Marketing· Build, schedule, and manage campaigns within Klaviyo across email and SMS channels.· Help develop and maintain automated flows and audience segmentation to deliver personalized experiences.· Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including open rate, click-through rate, revenue, unsubscribes, and deliverability.· Continuously optimize email & SMS content, timing, and targeting based on performance insights.· Stay up to date on e-commerce and lifecycle marketing trends, identifying new opportunities to drive growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing or directly related field2-4 years of professional experience in copywriting with writing examples1 years of experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms1 years of SEO experienceExcellent writing skills with an understanding of a brand voiceWhat we’re looking for:Creative, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable owning projects from idea to executionCommitted to learning new skills and platformsTech savvy with knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEOFamiliarity with project management or ticketing systems a plus (eg. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.
