Marketer

Full-Time Data Entry position that will help our Agency by gathering information and building quotes for the Sales Team!

Compensation:

• $12 per hr. base
• $1-$4 for each line of business entered/quoted in the system on a tiered commission chart.
• $1 additional for every live of business generated by the marketing staff member (up to $4 max per Household)
• $10 per lead for additional leads during non-hourly times, and outside of the agency office (friends, family etc)

Salary Range: $12.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Commission

• P&C License not required at hire, but May be required after probationary period (provided by Agency)
• Bilingual is beneficial
• Call center experience is helpful
• Must be able to multitask multiple screens at once
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Must be skilled at typing (30 plus wpm)
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
• Have NO felonies
Must have reliable transportation.

• Gather lead information and organize it by using the Quote Sheet provided
• Build Quotes within the Farmers Company system (data entry)
• Prepare quoted leads/prospects for Sales Producers within the Agency Lead Management System
• Lead Validation, or \"call-backs\" (to validate information and gather additional needed information)
• Lead Generation, which may include:
• Warm calling (Outbound calls to existing clients for cross-sell purposes)
• Cold-calling (as applicable)
• Any other possible administrative work and tasks directed and instructed by other tenured staff, management, etc
