What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Clerk position at Garrett Motors?
The Title Clerk is responsible for accurately processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation for dealership sales and inventory. This position works closely with customers, lenders, accounting staff, and state agencies to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vehicle titles, registrations, plates, and lien documentation.
Verify sales paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Submit required documents and fees to the appropriate DMV/MVD agencies.
Process trade-in titles and maintain accurate title records.
Track outstanding titles and resolve title or registration issues.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with dealership and state requirements.
Assist customers and dealership staff with title and registration questions.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Automotive dealership title experience preferred.
Familiarity with dealership management systems and DMV/MVD procedures is a plus.

This would be a full time job, Monday-Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm, and every 4th or 5th Saturday.
