- eciphering and analyzing bid specifications, schematics, and drawings to prepare detailed and accurate estimates/packages for projects ·
- rack progress of multiple bids and bid results ·
- alculates cost by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements ·
- oordinate with other team members for takeoff and estimating needs ·
- versee and manage change orders during project progression ·
- versee and manage project closeouts at completion ·

- roficient knowledge of earthwork, utilities, concrete, and asphalt. ·
- xperience with estimating and design software (Bid to Win, AG-TEK, AutoCAD) ·
- eneral knowledge of various types of construction equipment ·
- revious experience with bidding ·
- ust possess strong verbal, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and think in a 3-dimension mindset ·
- emonstrate and knowledge of Geotechnical skills ·
- xcellent organizational and time management skills ·
Must possess computer literacies
