The Continuing Education and Workforce Division of Garrett College is now accepting applications for an instructor for our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
Have you spent years building your skills in the plumbing trade? Are you ready to share your knowledge, experience, and real-world expertise with the next generation of skilled workers? Do you have a few hours per week? Evening availability?

Garrett College is looking for an experienced plumbing professional who is passionate about the trade and interested in helping students build the skills they need for a successful career. Previous teaching experience is not required — just a strong background in the field and a willingness to teach, mentor, and lead.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience is not required.
- A combination of education, training, credentials, and/or experience that meets the needs and requirements of the department.
- Official documentation of credentials and degrees may be requested. Degrees are recognized only if earned at an accredited institution.
- Journeyman license or equivalent training preferred.
