Shop Manager:
Garrett Brown Designs creates custom furniture, architectural millwork, and casework primarily for hospitality and commercial spaces. As the Shop Manager, you will spend your day working hands-on directly with shop staff in a supervisory role. Your tasks will encompass scheduling shop employees, keeping them on task, and working with the Project Management and Office Team to ensure projects are on time and under budget. This upper-level position requires constant communication and in-depth knowledge of woodworking/metalworking.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mandatory 5 years of experience in a professional fine-woodworking shop
- Preferred 2 years of experience managing a team of five or more
- Preferred 2 years of
- Preferred 2 years of installation experience
- Valid active driver’s license
- Maintain production schedules for ongoing projects, assign materials and Crew Members to reduce cost, boost productivity and prevent delays that can affect delivery
- Possess excellent customer service, communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills
- Works with the office to monitor inventory levels and ensure delivered supplies meet quality standards.
Salary : $55,000 - $68,000
