What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/ Bldg Maintenance Team Member position at Garr Tool?
The Janitor/Building Maintenance Team Member cleans and provides light maintenance throughout the GARR TOOL 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
Has a strong work ethic, enjoys detailed cleaning, is mechanically inclined, and takes pride in one’s work. Commercial janitorial and/or building maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
This position requires frequent walking, bending, reaching, stair and ladder climbing, operating cleaning machines, and lifting and/or moving objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 15-75 pounds. Forklift and other industrial lift certifications will be required.
