What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crane Operator- Plant position at Garney Construction?
ACrane Operatorpositionis available at Garney. To be considered for the Crane Operator position you must be NCCCO certified. The crane operator may perform functions of a laborer as required.
- Knowledge of crane/boom signals, blocks and tackle, wire rope, synthetic rope and slings, safe working loads and proper rigging procedures
- Operate hydraulic or crawler crane
- Understand safe working loads and signals
- Knowledge of equipment mechanics and maintenance
- 5 years in construction experience
- NCCCO crane operator certificatin
- Tower certification
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Willing to travel and/or relocate
