Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Merchant - Home will deliver the merchandising strategy in assigned categories, from initial selection through post-season analysis.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite several days per month. Our offices are in Franconia and Exeter, New Hampshire with the Merchant position available for onsite work from the following states: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Responsible for management of seasonal assortment planning
• Develop and present merchandise plans based on sales history, trend, price point
• Partner with design in the management of private label development
• Work with sourcing, design and product development to establish assortment strategies
• prepare seasonal recaps and contribute in budget process and analysis
• Manage direct reports inclusive of hiring, scheduling and performance reviews
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 5 years' experience in retail merchandising role
• Proven success in product buying and development.
• Experience navigating end-to-end strategic planning
• Passionate about the merchandising business
