What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Aide position at Garnet Educational Services, LLC?
Searching for highly motivated individual looking to make a difference in a Child's education. General job duties are:
- Sit with and assistant student during virtual classes (at home), during school day (6 hours per day)
- Redirect and encourage focus/keep student attentive during live classes
- Facilitate class attendance and participation while in class
- Assist with organizational skills and planning for the school week
Job Requirements
* * Minimum 2 years' post-secondary education OR earned an associate's degree or higher
* Preferred experience working in a school district, with school aged students or with individuals with special needs
* Must pass all background checks/clearances for criminal history and child abuse and other school requirements.
