- Conduct on-site consultations and estimates with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and business owners
- Follow up on inbound leads and referrals in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service presentations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Work closely with project manager to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
2 years of sales experience (experience in painting, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to measure spaces and understand basic project scope
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic technology
