Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) who became a therapist to truly help people—not rush through a high-volume schedule?Garner Physical Therapy Center in Sun City Center, FL is seeking a therapist who values quality care, work-life balance, and meaningful relationships with patients.Many clinics schedule 3–4 patients per hour.We believe the best outcomes come from one patient, one therapist, and the time to provide thoughtful care.Our clinic provides true one-on-one treatment sessions so therapists can focus on patient progress, education, and individualized treatment plans.Typical caseload: approximately 8 patients per day, allowing therapists the time needed to deliver high-quality care.If you are feeling burned out by the “patient mill” model and want to practice the way you were trained, we would love to talk with you.
