Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while addressing guest inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Assist with billing and payment processing accurately during check-out.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
