The Garner Hotel in Missoula, Montana, seeking a highly motivated, self driven individual who is interested in providing exceptional guest service to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains in good repair the guest rooms, public space and back of the house areas.
- Performs various tasks related to a variety of trades including but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and landscaping to ensure an attractive and well maintained hotel.
- Ensures the hotel's preventative maintenance program is running efficiently and proper record keeping is in place.
- Ensures all property life safety inspections are up to date and proper records are kept on file.
These tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
