Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution

Direct day‑to‑day construction activities using established PMO frameworks and methodologies
-
Build, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules
-
Oversee all phases of project delivery to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timeline
-
Identify, document, and manage change events using formal change management processes
Safety, Quality & Compliance
-
Enforce all safety procedures, site protocols, and regulatory requirements
-
Maintain quality standards through consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting
-
Ensure compliance with construction technology platforms, building codes, and industry best practices
Financial & Contract Management
-
Apply construction accounting principles to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
-
Manage multiple contracting and delivery models (lump sum, cost‑plus, GMP, design‑build, T&M)
-
Track vendor performance, review invoices, and monitor project expenditures
Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary liaison for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and executive leadership

Communicate project updates, risks, milestones, and priorities clearly and confidently
-
Prepare and deliver presentations to both small groups and large audiences
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues

Use data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and optimize project outcomes

Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site
Requirements

Strong ability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision‑making

Extensive knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements

Solid understanding of estimating, engineering principles, and construction methodologies
-
Experience with formal change management processes

Strong grasp of construction accounting, budgeting, and cost forecasting

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to evolving project demands

Proficiency with industry tools such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-
Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a leadership or management capacity
-
Prior experience with large‑scale data center or structured cabling construction projects strongly preferred
-
Experience working across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, design‑build, fixed price, etc.)
